The fact of the Brazilian Integralist Action (AIB) has assembled, at its peak, hundreds of thousands of adherents evidence its significance to comprehend the political circumstances after the 1930’s Revolution. Inserted in the fascist universe, notably related to the Italian model, Integralism, although it had not reached power, was able to mold its internal sphere in a prefiguration of the Integral State, through a deeply bureaucratic, authoritarian, with totalitarian aspirations organization. In light of this, utilizing, essentially, the Integralist press, this work aims to perceive the development of the Integral State, by a meticulous analysis of protocols and regulations, with special emphasis on the group described as “assisting in the supreme direction of the movement”, also known as the Sigma Courts.
